At Aqua Security, I project managed, produced, and copyedited over 70 cybersecurity blog posts and thought leadership pieces, many of them highly detailed and often authored by non-native English speakers. Due to their urgency, most Threat Alert pieces had to be turned around in less than 36 hours, which competed with a pre-planned marketing calendar. This included unique graphic headers, Infographics, CTAs, SEO reviews, titles and meta data completion. With a prodigious publishing schedule, I managed the day-to-day planning and was hands-on with each piece.

Along with helping launch the actual site, I worked directly at the Red Hat Marketplace with ISV partners to build out their individual landing pages. This included white-glove onboarding of content, verifying contracts, setting prices, vetting and publishing marketing assets, testing their product operators, and publishing and maintaining their presence.

Working between Twitter’s Creative Studio, Global Communications, and Brand Marketing teams, I coordinated the production, relaunch, and day-to day maintenance of content on Twitter’s official public-facing web site about.twitter.com.

My responsibilities included the day-to-day management of multiple projects on About site’s editorial and production calendars, while coordinating between the Sr. Marketing Manager of UX, content and channel strategy, a global team of PMs, designers, content producers, developers, engineers, to deliver Twitter’s broader internet-centric messaging.

I also liaised with marketing managers of EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and MENA in regards to publishing localized messaging.

As blog content coordinator, I composed tight descriptions that had to be less than 140-characters, which summarized an article’s post.

When a blog article is posted on social platforms including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, these meta-descriptions are included in the cards.

These descriptions create a better a user experience and increase the click-through rate rather than the automated feature, which merely repeated the title.  Using Google Analytics, we have been optimizing these descriptions over the last several months, seeing impressive results.
