With partners ranging from external ISVs to internal IBM and Red Hat products teams, I focus on bridging the gap between partners and the various other IBM, Red Hat, and vendor teams to create the most positive and successful onboarding journey possible.
Content Coordinator for Twitter’s Official Website
Working between Twitter’s Creative Studio, Global Communications, and Brand Marketing teams, I coordinated the production, relaunch, and day-to day maintenance of content on Twitter’s official public-facing web site about.twitter.com.
My responsibilities included the day-to-day management of multiple projects on About site’s editorial and production calendars, while coordinating between the Sr. Marketing Manager of UX, content and channel strategy, a global team of PMs, designers, content producers, developers, engineers, to deliver Twitter’s broader internet-centric messaging.
I also liaised with marketing managers of EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and MENA in regards to publishing localized messaging.
Working between Twitter’s Creative Studio, Global Communications, and Brand Marketing teams, I coordinated the production, relaunch, and day-to day maintenance of content on five official, public-facing Twitter Blogs.
When a blog article is posted on social platforms including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, these meta-descriptions are included in the cards.
These descriptions create a better a user experience and increase the click-through rate rather than the automated feature, which merely repeated the title. Using Google Analytics, we have been optimizing these descriptions over the last several months, seeing impressive results.

As manager of content for presentations at Visa’s Innovation Center at 1 Market Plaza, I work with engineers, developers, creatives, executives to deliver experiential marketing for FinTech. This involved participating in showcasing prototype e-commerce apps including internet of things, mobile, connected car, e-finance.
