David started his career as a PM for Disney, and experimented with open source CMS platforms as a side-hustle.
This led to consulting opportunities in the Bay Area where he project managed the building of Drupal sites for prestigious organizations, like NASA and Agilent Technologies, that were looking for more intuitive publishing workflows for their content managers.
Having a keen understanding of the challenges CMS users face, as a Project Manager David has advocated intuitive, human-centered UI while consulting with Apple’s Online Store, Visa’s Innovation Center, and Twitter.
While at Twitter, David was the liaison between the Creative Studio, Global Comm, and Brand Marketing teams, coordinating the production, relaunch, and day-to day maintenance of content on about.twitter.com and blog.
David then on boarded 75+ global content managers on to AEM, created a user resource hub that included how-to guides and video tutorials, developed editorial and production calendars, while acting as the contact between the Sr. Marketing Manager of UX, content and channel strategy, a global team of PMs, designers, content producers, developers, engineers, to effectively deliver Twitter’s broader internet-centric messaging.
